When schools and districts partner with us, we become an embedded part of your team - our support is tailored to meet the unique needs of your school or district. We believe in building the capacity for educators to take the lead on refining and deepening the work over time, and we will work with you to develop a guiding coalition to collectively move this work forward. We will serve as coaches for your collaborative teams as they work through the process of developing structures and mindsets to meet the needs of every student. Building lasting relationships that promote teacher collective efficacy is our goal.
